AVV. MARTA SAVONA

Avv. Savona is qualified to stand in front of the Supreme Court. She graduated cum laude in Law in 2004, with an experimental thesis in comparative public law on the topic of French constitutional law. The thesis was published in the series of the Center for Constitutional Studies and Democratic Development, with which she collaborated for several years. In the same year, she obtained the license from the Collegio Superiore, an Institute of Excellence in Higher Studies at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna.
She has been a registered lawyer in the Bar Association of Bergamo since 2008. She mainly focuses on commercial, corporate, and labor law, with a particular emphasis on legal issues in the digital domain. She assists medium and large companies both in judicial and non-judicial contexts, with a strong international inclination.
From 2015 to 2017, she held the position of President of AIGA, the Italian Association of Young Lawyers, Bergamo section, and later served as a national council member of AIGA and a member of the internationalization department of the legal profession.
In 2018, she obtained a specialization master’s degree in Data Protection Officer and currently serves as a DPO for leading companies. She has also been involved in GDPR privacy compliance for dozens of production companies. She is among the co-founders of the Food and Law project, which focuses on the internationalization of businesses, especially in the food sector.
In March 2019, she was elected as a Councilor of the Bergamo Bar Association, where she is also responsible for the newly established CRINT Commission for International Relations.
Furthermore, she is responsible for the Fondazione Umberto Veronesi – Bergamo Delegation.
