Avv. Goldaniga graduated in Law in 2004 from the University of Genoa, with a thesis in urban law. Since 2005, he started his own practice and developed special expertise in assisting leading companies in the Bergamo and Lombardy region.
He has been a registered lawyer in the Bar Association of Bergamo since 2010, gaining significant experience in property management, as well as banking, financial, insurance, and inheritance law. Since 2008, he has been serving as the Vice-President of Anapi Lombardia, the National Association of Property Managers and Owners. He regularly conducts training sessions and participates as a speaker in various conferences on real estate and property management.
In addition to his civil law services, Avv. Goldaniga has been involved in criminal law for several years, providing assistance to companies in proceedings related to illicit conduct committed by the executives of commercial companies in the exercise of their functions. He represents clients in significant legal cases throughout Italy and combines his court defense activities with analyzing and assisting in the impact of these proceedings on business operations, which is in continuous connection with compliance assistance.
He is a member and President of Supervisory Bodies, where he regularly handles the revision and implementation of organizational models according to Model 231 compliance requirements.
