FILIPPO TRACANNA

Avv. Tracanna graduated in Law from the University of Milan, with a thesis in Sports Law focusing on the topics of Doping and Biological Passport.

In 2018, he passed the bar exam and became a qualified lawyer and in 2019 attended a specialization course in Labor Law at the University of Milan, organized in collaboration with the Milan Bar Association.

In May 2020, Avv. Tracanna completed a high-level managerial course (80 hours) in Privacy, aimed at acquiring the necessary expertise to work as a Data Protection Officer (DPO), and successfully passed the related exam.

Avv. Tracanna mainly provide legal assistance to small and medium-sized businesses. Therefore, he deals with and have gained extensive experience in areas such as labor law, corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property, contract law, privacy, and debt recovery.

His objective is to be a dynamic figure, interpreting the legal profession in a modern way, and a resource that companies can rely on and consult on a daily basis for any issues related to their business, both in terms of litigation and non-litigation matters, providing practical solutions with reduced timelines whenever possible. In addition, he’s highly interested in immigration law and international protection.

Alongside his businesses matters, he handles handled various proceedings related to obtaining international protection and immigration matters before the specialized sections of the courts in Brescia and Milan.
