DOTT.SSA ELENA BARLABÀ
Dott.ssa Barlabà graduated from the University of Milan in July 2021, with a thesis in commercial law titled “Innovative Startups: Regulatory Framework, Sources of Financing, and Patent Protection. Open Issues and New European Perspectives.”
She has been registered as a Trainee Lawyer at the Bergamo Bar Association since September 2021 and has been authorized for substitute representation since June 2022.
At SGHS Law Firm, she is currently deepening her knowledge of civil and criminal law, focusing mainly on commercial law and providing both judicial and extrajudicial assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises.
Among her interests is the protection of intellectual property (trademark registration) and new technologies. In this regard, she has participated in the course on European Union Trademark (MUE) organized by the EUIPO.
She also deals with medical liability cases, providing legal assistance to individual patients affected by medical malpractice incidents.
