FABIO PACCHIANI

Fabio Pacchiani, Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, primarily focuses on providing legal audit services to small and medium-sized enterprises, both as a Statutory Auditor and as a member of auditing boards and sole auditor.

He graduated in Business Economics and Business Management from the University of Bergamo in 2009, with a thesis on accounting “From national accounting principles to international ones in consolidated financial statements.”

Since September 2012, he has been registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bergamo, and since January 2013, he has been registered in the Register of Auditors maintained by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).
From 2017, he has been a member of the “Auditing Board, Legal Auditing, and Accounting Principles” commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bergamo.

In the period 2016-2018, he attended the specialization course in “Economics and Business Finance” at the Lombardy School of Advanced Training, promoted by the territorial orders of Lombardy chartered accountants.
Until September 2021, he collaborated with a registered audit firm at CONSOB (Italian Securities and Exchange Commission), holding the position of manager and acting as a signing auditor for audit reports of public interest entities.

Since 2022, he collaborates with SGHS Law Firm as an expert in the areas of his competence.
